Training can be delivered around Fanuc-style controls and real turning applications, from basic coordinate systems through to multi-axis programming, tooling, macros and process improvement.

Basic CNC programming

For new users with little or no experience. Covers coordinate systems, work areas, absolute and incremental moves, speeds and feeds, program structure, G codes, M codes, datums and canned cycles.

Intermediate programming

For operators and setters ready to build complete programs, apply cutter compensation, use driven tools, manage offsets and understand more complex machining cycles.

Advanced & macro programming

Parametric logic, variables, arithmetic, conditional control, loops, custom cycles, probing concepts and application-specific automation.

Sliding-head machine training

Machine-specific support for Citizen Cincom, Star and other Swiss-type platforms, including setup, synchronisation, guide-bush strategy and safe prove-out.

Onsite hands-on training
