The service will focus on precision turned components up to 20mm diameter and is designed for British manufacturers seeking competitive, dependable production without automatically sending work overseas.

Every enquiry will be assessed from the component drawing before a quotation is issued. This allows us to confirm the correct process, tooling, tolerances, inspection requirements and expected cycle time before production begins.

The final quotation will depend on the drawing, material, quantity, complexity, tolerances, cycle time, programming and setting, tooling, inspection, finishing, packing and delivery requirements.

All work will be subject to drawing review, production availability and full terms and conditions. VAT and any separately quoted materials, tooling, secondary operations, certification, packing or delivery will be identified in the formal quotation.
